The products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Client on the order form, once the invoiced amount has been settled.

Delivery of the items shall take place as follows:

  • either within 6 days following the payment validation date for the order on the website, subject to payment of the full price (excluding events of force majeure, transport workers' strike, etc.)
  • or within the periods as indicated to the Client in advance by e-mail or telephone in the event of the temporary unavailability of the item in question.

Certain products (limited editions, watches containing gold, silver or platinum, watches in high demand among the general public, etc.) may be subject to longer waiting times, depending on the calendar (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), due to possible delivery delays on the part of the component suppliers (dials, hands, cases, etc.). Delivery times may thus vary between 10 days and 3 months.

Manjaz Uhrenmanufaktur AG undertakes to exercise due diligence in providing the service offered to Clients. Nevertheless, Manjaz Uhrenmanufaktur AG cannot be held liable for delays caused by manufacturers’ or suppliers’ stock shortages or for any other reason in terms of Clause 2. Manjaz Uhrenmanufaktur AG will make use of all means at its disposal to ensure that the services are rendered in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

The Client must verify the state of packaging of the goods on delivery in the presence of the freight handler and must report any damage on the delivery note as well as directly to Manjaz Uhrenmanufaktur AG. Any delivery fault (failure to arrive, product missing but indicated on delivery note, damaged packaging, broken products) must be reported to Manjaz Uhrenmanufaktur AG by telephone or e-mail sent to support@marvinwatches.com on receipt or at the latest on the first working day following the delivery date. Any claim filed after this date will be rejected.
